World Money has officially launched.

World is now offering World Money, a payments app where eligible digital assets and stablecoins are supported. This is in collaboration with Bridge’s stablecoin infrastructure and Stripe.

Initially, 8 global currencies will be supported, as well as the native WorldCoin token.

World started working with Bridge back in December 2025 to send/accept USDC in virtual accounts.

Human and Stablecoin ID

For every verified human, there is now a stablecoin wallet.

The company allowing individuals around the world to register their individual human ID via biometric verifications is expanding its product offering to enabling payments and in app investing.

So far, around 18.166M people worldwide have used World’s Orb platforms to register their ID. With a large customer base, World is branching out into payments using stablecoins.

On the design side, World has simplified the experience by connecting with Stripe and ApplePay. Additionally, verified users are able to earn on their balances via the integration with Morpho.

Recently, Morpho raised $175M to scale its onchain lending and credit infrastructure.
